Where the courts are

Puerto Vallarta is the airport. Sayulita is where the pickleball is.

Nawalli Sayulita Pickleball Club is a dedicated pickleball club — two professionally surfaced, lit outdoor hard courts, a covered bar and lounge, showers and a pro shop — roughly an hour north of Puerto Vallarta's airport (PVR) along Highway 200 through Bucerías and past Punta Mita. It's the anchor of the Riviera Nayarit pickleball scene and the club visiting players are pointed to.

The calendar runs Monday to Saturday from 8am open play through evening leagues and socials, so whatever day you arrive there's a game.

Getting here from Puerto Vallarta

  • Taxi or rideshare from PVR: about an hour, straight up the coast.
  • Rental car: Highway 200 north through Bucerías, past the Punta Mita turnoff, into Sayulita. Parking near the plaza; the club is a five-minute walk on the Norte side at C. Miramar 51.
  • Bus: the Compostela-bound buses from the Walmart/Sam's stop in Vallarta run to Sayulita — cheap, slow, scenic.
  • Day trip vs. stay: plenty of PV players come up for a morning session and lunch. More stay a few nights — Sayulita is a destination in its own right.

Make it a trip
